Andouille + Bacon Pizza
Make this beauty at home
We heard how much you loved our Caviar exclusive andouille + bacon pizza and wanted to share the recipe. So get out the bbq sauce, caramelized onions, and mozzarella and make this pie any time you'd like. Just don't forget to come visit!

- Pizza dough
- Bbq sauce
- Caramelized onions
- Small diced andouille
- Crispy bacon
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh thyme
- Add the bbq sauce to the center of an open dough and spread evenly to within 1/2" of the crust.
- Evenly distribute the sausage, bacon & onions over the dough.
- Sprinkle the pizza with the fresh picked thyme and crushed chili flakes.
- Place six (6) pieces of the mozz around the outside of the pizza and one (1) in the middle.
- Sprinkle the pizza with the oregano - place into the oven to bake.
- Once cooked - Cut into six (6) equal pieces and transfer to a clean plate.
